They are professional scammers, high pressure and use tricky sales tactics, their co owner Russ Smith did Prison time for Fraud on ebay that totaled in the millions.

They have a F Rating with the Better Business Bureau ... if you don't believe the reviews here, that speaks for itself!

Run far, far away from Studio 1 / Expose / Victoria James Photography or whatever they want to call themselves. The photographer didn't show at my daughter's wedding because he supposedly broke down on the freeway!

So they sent an amateur with an amateur camera to the reception afterwards. After 8 months of anxiety and stress and unreturned phone calls I finally got my photo album consisting of pictures taken by a family friend and the substandard ones taken at the reception.

I was told that I won a free photography session. I went in to redeem it, and they wanted money for the free session that I won. I was told that they would work my whole wedding for $400 I agreed. Later I contacted them to add more time, there number had been disconnected and they had moved buildings and I was without a paddle. Finally I found someone who knew where there new business was. I showed up

and they acted like I never went in and met with anyone, or ever signed a contract.

I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to work with them anymore and they said All sales are final no refunds.

Which by the way they never gave me a copy of my contract.

Finally I talked to the owner who claimed I owed them more money, until I had the receipts of what I paid. They offered me a Wedding CD for only $400 more dollars.

Then out of no where I get an e mail saying my wedding was deleted from there calendar and canceled. They said they had no idea what I was talking about.

I have since called the owners cell phone which he doesn’t answer and and the studio that goes straight to voice mail. I have also e mailed the company several times with no response.

studio 1/ victoria james/ xpose whatever they wanna be called is the worst photography place. they have cause me so much headache, stress, anxiety and tension between my family and I because of how I have been treated by their "manager" Russ.

he is extremely rude and abusive to his customers.

I don't understand how they're still allowed to be in business. DISGUSTED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HARRASSMENT threatening people to not write bad reviews.

they also have a business bureau F rating. they've had 7 complaints over the last 12 months! russ harasses his clients and then has his lawyer call you and say that you're harassing him!!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY. the people there are evil!!!

this was the worst experience of my life. they are the most unprofessional people ever and they call you names and try to make you feel bad for them.

I did a shoot with them for an upcoming pageant and I was not happy with the results. I was told at least a week that I would receive my pictures.

Days turned to weeks and I still didn't get my photos until a three months AFTER the pageant was done and over It took numerous phone calls for them to finally get them to me in which one of the workers literally drove from SLC to my home and personally give me the disk.

On top of that they spelled my name wrong and didn't bother with editing. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of money....

@ Former Employee: I recall that Michelle Martinez and Ryan Rapier did this about 3 years ago, and were fired over it. Which one are you?
