Complaint-BBB

Id like to file a complaint. I spoke with a customer service rep who refused me from speaking to a supervisor because she was not capable of handling my call. At this point I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. Again this is unacceptable. I contacted this office 4 times with no response and my problem not resolved. I even responded to the ticket comment. I have been a loyal customer but this experience has been a nightmare.

My wedding was May 14 2011 and I still have not seen my bridals or wedding photos.

We won a contest from the state fair in September 2010. We paid over $1000.00 dollars when it was supposed to be $700.00 for engagement photos, bridal photos and wedding photos. Their was a lot of things that were promised and nothing was followed through on. I still have never seen my bridal photos or wedding photos. I never received anything but our wedding announcements. All I want is ALL the photos taken of my husband, myself and our friends/family. All of my engagement photos, all bridal photos and all of my wedding photos. I do not feel this is to hard to ask since it has now been 3 years of trying to find you guys, email calls and voice mails. The only email I ever received was an email titled Casey Day Burt wedding with a complete strangers wedding photos. Still I have not heard anything back and all numbers are now discounted. Please PLEASE can anyone help me find these people so I can get what I was promised?!

Studio One/Xpose Photography is SLC

Studio One Photography was the worst experience of my wedding. Every time I went in to take, view or pick up the photos something went wrong. The photographer showed up late for our engagement shoot and the wedding, they edited the wrong pictures for out engagements, the pictures weren't ready when we were supposed to view them, and they lost about half our photos from the wedding day. Not only that, but they refuse to call us back about finding the pictures and it's been two weeks. They also charge $30 a picture for editing! Most places edit for free and they're little hard cover books of pictures was $800!! They are the worst photography studio in Utah. Do not use them.

At least you got some of them. I still have yet to see mine since 2011 and my now passed grandpa were in them.

They are professional scammers, high pressure and use tricky sales tactics, their co owner Russ Smith did Prison time for Fraud on ebay that totaled in the millions.

Run far, far away from Studio 1 / Expose / Victoria James Photography or whatever they want to call themselves. The photographer didn't show at my daughter's wedding because he supposedly broke down on the freeway!

So they sent an amateur with an amateur camera to the reception afterwards. After 8 months of anxiety and stress and unreturned phone calls I finally got my photo album consisting of pictures taken by a family friend and the substandard ones taken at the reception.

I was told that I won a free photography session. I went in to redeem it, and they wanted money for the free session that I won. I was told that they would work my whole wedding for $400 I agreed. Later I contacted them to add more time, there number had been disconnected and they had moved buildings and I was without a paddle. Finally I found someone who knew where there new business was. I showed up

and they acted like I never went in and met with anyone, or ever signed a contract.

I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to work with them anymore and they said All sales are final no refunds.

Which by the way they never gave me a copy of my contract.

Finally I talked to the owner who claimed I owed them more money, until I had the receipts of what I paid. They offered me a Wedding CD for only $400 more dollars.

Then out of no where I get an e mail saying my wedding was deleted from there calendar and canceled. They said they had no idea what I was talking about.

I have since called the owners cell phone which he doesn’t answer and and the studio that goes straight to voice mail. I have also e mailed the company several times with no response.
